Electric threaded ball valves (also known as electric screw-in ball valves) refer to ball valves featuring threaded nuts and pipe fittings. They employ a direct connection method, combining an electric actuator with an internally threaded ball valve. These valves are typically compact, with sizes below DN50 being most common. Since threading pipes connected to the valve is challenging, sizes exceeding this range are generally unsuitable for use. By selecting different materials, electric internal thread ball valves can accommodate various media. They are suitable for use in pipelines operating at pressures ranging from PN1.0 to 4.0 MPa and temperatures from -29°C to 300°C, serving as two-position shut-off or regulating valves.
