Working Principle of the 800X Differential Pressure Bypass Valve

The 800X Differential Pressure Bypass Valve comprises a main valve, differential pressure control pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro-filter, and pressure gauge forming a hydraulically controlled piping system. Through a specially designed pilot valve control chamber, it compares pressure change signals and outputs a main valve opening signal to regulate the main valve's opening. This controls the inlet-outlet differential pressure of the main valve at the set value. Its operating principle is as follows: When the pressure differential between the main valve inlet and outlet changes, the pressure differential between pipe A and pipe B also changes, thereby altering the pilot valve opening. A larger pressure differential results in a larger pilot valve opening. The control chamber increases the bypass flow through pipe C, reducing the pressure in the main valve control chamber. This causes the main valve opening to increase, thereby decreasing the pressure differential between the main valve inlet and outlet. Conversely, if the pressure differential decreases, the pilot valve opens less, increasing pressure in the main valve control chamber. This pushes the main valve to close, increasing the pressure differential. This negative feedback stabilizes the pressure differential at the set value. The main valve's pressure differential can be adjusted by setting the needle valve opening and pilot valve spring pressure. This product utilizes hydraulic self-control, requiring no additional devices or energy sources, and features simple maintenance. It is widely used in water supply pipeline systems for high-rise buildings, residential areas, and urban water supply projects.
