Smart Valve Positioner

The Electric Valve Smart Positioner is an intelligent signal acquisition and control system centered around an industrial microcontroller. Compact in size, it can be installed inside the wiring box of an electric actuator or mounted externally via DIN rail. It directly accepts 4-20mADC signals output from industrial instruments or computers (other input signal types can be customized before shipment). When paired with an electric actuator featuring potentiometer feedback, it enables precise positioning control for various valves or devices. It allows free calibration of the actuator's angular position (or displacement) while simultaneously outputting a 4-20mADC feedback signal representing the actuator's angular position (or displacement). Lower and upper limit values for the actuator's angular position can be accurately set via buttons.
