Electric Eccentric Control Valve Product Features
(1) Low fluid resistance; full-bore electric ball valves exhibit virtually no flow obstruction.
(2) Simple structure, compact size, and lightweight design.
(3) Tight and reliable sealing. Featuring two sealing surfaces, modern ball valves widely utilize various plastics for these surfaces, ensuring excellent sealing performance and achieving complete sealing. They are also extensively used in vacuum systems.
(4) Easy operation with rapid opening/closing. A 90° rotation completes the full-open to full-close cycle, facilitating remote control.
(5) Simple maintenance. The straightforward valve structure features removable seals, allowing easy disassembly and replacement.
(6) When fully open or closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and seat are isolated from the medium. This prevents erosion of the valve sealing surfaces during medium flow.
(7) Wide applicability: Sizes range from a few millimeters to several meters in diameter, suitable for applications from high vacuum to high pressure.
(8) Due to the wiping action during opening and closing, electric eccentric control valves can be used with media containing suspended solid particles.
