The DWZRHP electric cryogenic control valve combines an imported electric actuator with an ultra-low temperature valve body. The actuator incorporates servo functionality, accepting standardized 4-20mA or 1-5V DC signals. It converts these electrical signals into corresponding linear displacement, automatically controlling the valve opening to achieve continuous regulation of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level within the pipeline. Suitable for operation below 0 to -196°C, this electric cryogenic control valve comprises an electric actuator and a valve body with a long-neck connection. The long-neck design ensures the valve stem seal operates near ambient temperature while minimizing external heat transfer. To further reduce heat transfer, the long neck features a thin-wall construction.
